Philosophy of Government#2
In this essay the main question is does the constitution effectively protect and secure the citizens. I do think that the constitution effectively secures its citizens because Congress makes laws that protects our rights, the judicial branch enforces the laws upon us to make sure we dont break them, and the people protesting against unconstitutional laws that violate their rights and the admendments. Another question presented to me was: which is more important personal freedom or secure? I stated that security was more important. I think security is more important than personal freedom because people abuse their powers by harming people around them so instead the government puts limits on their behaviors.
